What should we send to get an answer within 24 hours?
The date and venue, call times and end times, each role you need and how many of each, the dress code, the service style (plated, family style, buffet or cocktail), and the number of guests. If some roles need to work in French, tell us which ones.
What does Athena commit to?

- Honest gaps. If we cannot cover a role, you hear it from us early, while you still have time to find someone else.

Can we start with part of the order?
Yes. Moving a full event to a new agency a few weeks out is a big decision. You can start with part of it, keep your backup, and judge us on the night.

Yes. Tell us the service style, dress code and number of guests. We send workers suited to formal service and pass your instructions on to every worker before the shift.
Does Athena run or manage the event?
No. Athena supplies the workers. Your team or your venue directs them on the day. We stay available to you for bookings, changes and replacements.
What happens if a worker cannot make their shift?
We work to replace them and keep you informed. The earlier we have your full schedule, the more options we have.
